How to Have Good Dental Health

Taking care of your teeth is important not only to your oral health, but also your overall wellbeing. Good oral health is more than just brushing your teeth. Take a look at this short video from CNN to learn a few great tips on maintaining excellent dental health.

When you brush your teeth, be sure to brush in a circular motion so that the process is less abrasive to your teeth and gums. You should brush at least twice per day, and wait about 30 minutes after a meal to brush. Remember to floss correctly and visit your dentist twice per year for cleanings and checkups. If you are a smoker, consider quitting in order to improve your oral health.
